How to maintain the electronic universal testing machine correctly

1. Host inspection

Is there any relevant requirement to inspect the main machine of the testing machine, mainly paying attention to the pipeline connecting to the hydraulic pump station to check whether there is any oil leakage in the pipeline and whether the jaw is worn. In addition, check if the anchor nuts are loose.

2. Inspection of oil source control cabinet

The power drive part mainly comes from the oil source control cabinet, which is one of the key components of the machine. Therefore, the inspection of the oil source control part should not be careless and should be taken seriously. At the same time, it is also necessary to check the working condition of each solenoid valve and the operation of the oil pump motor.

3. Hydraulic oil inspection

Hydraulic oil is the blood of the machine, just like our commonly used cars, the oil must be replaced after a certain mileage, and the principle of electronic testing machines is the same. After about a year of use, the same grade of anti wear hydraulic oil must be replaced.

The computer system of the double column universal tensile machine is controlled by a controller, and the servo motor rotates through a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by the deceleration system, the moving crossbeam is driven up and down by a precision screw pair, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compressive, bending, and shear of the sample. However, it is difficult to avoid friction in the specific application of the double column universal tensile machine. When this friction resistance reaches a certain value, the tensile machine will stop working due to friction damage.

How should friction resistance be prevented or reduced?

1.There will be friction between the guide wheel and the pillar, which belongs to physical friction.

Method of handling: We can add lubricating grease between the gaps to reduce the frictional resistance between them.

2.In the case of installing a dual column universal tensile machine, due to uneven installation of the behavior subject or different installation and adjustment of the left and right cylinder clamps, after the specimen is clamped, the guide wheels on both sides of the operating platform touch the support side, causing sliding friction hazard indication error. If the precise measurement of the tensile resistance value is not accurate, it will also cause a certain level of damage to the equipment.

Method of handling: When installing an electronic universal testing machine, it is necessary to follow the process and method specified in the user manual. Do not rush or install it incorrectly, otherwise it may cause many troubles.

3.When the geometric accuracy of the force measuring piston rod and hydraulic cylinder deviates or rusts due to stains, friction can also occur between them. If the maintenance of the double column electronic tensile machine is not carried out for a long time, the sliding friction force will increase with the increase of time.

Method of handling: Regular inspection and maintenance of the electronic universal testing machine should be carried out on time in order to increase its lifespan.
